Cash Flow Manager Loans: All these product are temporarily wirhdrawn.

Carpe Diem- build a portfolio of property investments with a minmum of monthly repayments.

This is a unique product designed for owner occupiers or investors(including companies)with residential or commercial properties. The objective is is to capitalise part of the interest charged in the early years against their equity.

FULL DOC Cash Flow Loan:The LVR increases from 80% to 88.4% at the end of four years. At which time interest rate drops by 0.5%, assuming loan interest repayments history has been good.

  • 2 & 4 year cash Flow Loan:part of the interest in the first 2 years is capitalised. The starting LVR can be 85%.
  • Similarly there are 3 year fixed interest rates available for owner occupied properties.

These products are available as LOW/NO DOC loans for self employed clients.

Small apartment Loans: minimum size 15sqm

These full doc loans can be used for serviced apartments, office suites and student accomdation. Assesment is based on managemant agreements and leases. .
